[ENG] Zipper came to London, and “we” were there. Why the quotation marks? Because at that time LaFonotecaLDN didn’t even exist. Maybe this was, without knowing it, the first little brick of the project, and that’s why we keep it with a lot of love.
[SPA] Zipper vinieron a Londres, y “nosotros” estuvimos allí. ¿Por qué las comillas? Porque en aquel entonces LaFonotecaLDN ni siquiera existía. Quizás, y sin saberlo, esta fue el primer pequeño ladrillo del proyecto, y es por eso que conservamos esta pieza con muchísimo cariño.
[ENG] As a which has just released their second LP, we felt a great pressure with this second event in London when we were doing the whole line-up. We didn’t know if the mini success obtained in the first one was going to be the same, but I am honest if I say we achieved it: Joe Crepúsculo from Spain, plus our friend from The Siegfried Sassoon and the good lads from The Welcome Committe, and also a great wall designed by the urban artist Macarena Yañez for the ocassion. After it, the McKenzey Diyáis making people dance crazily… Was a good sunday night, without doubts :)
[SPA] Como una banda que acaba de sacar su segundo LP, sentíamos una gran resposabilidad con el cartel de nuestro segundo evento en Londres. No sabíamos si el pequeño éxito obtenido en el anterior se iba a repetir, pero soy sincero si digo que se logró: Joe Crepúsculo desde nuestras filas, más nuestros amigos de The Siegfried Sassoon y los buenos de The Welcome Committee, además de un fantástico mural diseñado por la artista Macarean Yañez para la ocasión. Después de ello, las McKenzy Diyáis rompiendo la pista… Fue un buen domingo noche, sin dudas :)
